Orders can be placed over the telephone using a Credit\/Debit card – you may, if you prefer, pay direct to our Bank – Please ask for necessary details.<\/p>

Samples:<\/span><\/p>

Whilst we are happy to send Free of Charge samples – any more than five samples prohibit us sending as a large letter & postage will need to be paid for in advance. Due to such HIGH demand of samples (& cost) these will usually take a couple of days to prepare & will be sent via 2nd Class Post.<\/p>


Please understand that the colour CAN vary from Roll to Roll & at different times – it is a NATURAL product<\/p>

All rattan darkens with age & starts off a “light” colour… we are unable to say that the sample will be an EXACT match to future orders.<\/p>

If this is not acceptable you should not use Rattan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
